We pull the bottom rollers first since there's no tension risk, check the stem for wear against the bracket, and replace as a set on that side rather than swap the one that's obviously bad - a fresh roller next to three worn ones just moves the shudder down the track.
For the top rollers, we clamp the door or block it before touching anything near the cable and drum, then work one bracket at a time. If the track itself is bent rather than just worn, we straighten or replace that section before putting new rollers in it - new rollers in a bent track wear the same way again inside a year.
